At the heart of The Athletes’ Agency is a story of passion, perseverance, and the pursuit of success. Our founder's journey isn't just a narrative; it shapes and guides every aspect of our agency.  

Mica McNeill represented Great Britain on the international stage for 12 years in the sport of Bobsleigh. Her journey into the sport was driven by a longstanding passion for all things athletic. By the age of 18, she secured a Youth Olympic silver medal and within a few subsequent years, she further etched her name as a Junior World Champion. In 2017, as Mica geared up for her first senior Winter Olympic Games, adversity struck when the women's program faced a sudden funding cut a mere five months before the event.

Mica overcame adversity and not only made British history in the 2018 Olympic Games but also managed and fundraised for her team throughout the subsequent five years of her career. Her tenacity and determination propelled her to a second Olympics, and she skilfully nurtured relationships with sponsorship partners, cementing her reputation as a strong advocate for her team and sport.
